Fabricio Werdum Charged With assault complying with Boomerang assault

The Australian Associated press reports as follows:

A 40-year-old guy has been charged with assault after he allegedly attacked a 29-year-old guy with a boomerang during a fight in Sydney’s CBD.

Police state an altercation broke out between the pair on Thursday afternoon outside a pub on George street with the older guy hitting the younger guy in the neck with the boomerang which was inside a bag.

The guy was charged with typical assault as well as will appear at Downing Centre regional Court on December 13.

The ages of the guy determined in the above press release line up with the ages of Werdum as well as Covington.

The new South Wales Crimes Act notes people convicted of typical assault can potentially deal with a charge of “imprisonment for two years“.
